Ross Township sits in Allegheny County with rolling hills and a mix of older single-family homes along Perry Highway and McIntyre Road. Tight driveways and narrow side streets common in these neighborhoods mean our trucks need clear approach paths before dropping a unit for residential cleanouts or renovations.
Cold winters bring snow and frozen ground that can shift placement options on sloped lots near North Park. We schedule around these conditions so containers stay level and accessible even when Babcock Boulevard sees heavy accumulation.

Dumpster Rental in Ross Township — Local Notes
- •Hilly terrain around Evergreen and McKnight Road often requires blocking the container to prevent rolling during placement on residential driveways.
- •Many Ross Township homes built mid-century have narrow lots that limit roll-off size to 10- or 15-yard units to avoid blocking neighbor access.
- •Spring drainage along Perry Highway can leave soft soil that needs plywood under the dumpster to protect lawns during wet periods.
